What to expect?

  • Booking Deposit 25,000/Per Person

Cancellation Policy:

Read below cancellation policy before confirming your booking, once you guarantee the booking, our standard cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will be applicable for your booking.

  • Rs. 25,000/- per person (Non-Refundable),once booking is confirmed.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days before departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days before departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made anytime within 08 days before departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of the tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, including administrative charges would be payable by the Client.
  • If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
  • In the case of Third-Party Products (EU Rail, Cruise, etc.), the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third-Party Service Provider would be applicable. Besides, the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.

Cancellation Policy due to VISA Rejection:

If Visa gets rejected for any reason, per person cancellation charges will be applicable as following:

  • If Visa is refused 70 days before the date of travel, Rs. 12,000/- shall be deducted
  • If Visa is refused 69 to 31 days before the date of travel, Rs. 25,000/- shall be deducted
  • If Visa is refused 30 to 15 days before the date of travel, 50% of package cost shall be deducted
  • If Visa is refused 14 to 08 days before the date of travel, 75% of package cost shall be deducted
  • If Visa is refused anytime within seven days before the date of travel, 100% of package cost shall be deducted

Terms & Conditions:

  • ROE calculated on the date of payment.
  • We reserve the right to change (addition/deletion or exchange) sightseeing places for the betterment of the tour program. We may detour to reach sightseeing places due to traffic conditions; roadblocks, and that may vary the course of the itinerary.
  • There will be no refund for unutilized services on tour.
  • The hotel may ask for a security deposit at the time of check-in.
  • The cost of any additional drinks over a meal has to be borne by the guest.
  • If you need someone to assist in bringing luggage to/from your room, we can book porter service at additional fees.

Additional Remarks:

  • The Hotel check-in time 14:00 Hrs, and check-out time is noon.
  • Transfer & Guide services will be available as per the Itinerary.
  • Outside liquor is not allowed in the restaurants. Corkage charge as per Restaurant Terms & Conditions
  • For certain departures, we have the right to re-route the itinerary. However, all sightseeing & inclusions will remain the same.
  • On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate members.
  • Land surcharges due to Local events applicable to certain departures.
  • Rates are correct at the time of sending, but in case of any increase imposed by the Government on any services included in the program, Star Vacations will have the right to increase its rates accordingly.
  • In the case of navigational circumstances, Tour program can be changed without prior notice.
  • If there are less then 15 Pax, there will be a local representative with you instead of Tour Manager.
  • Final payment as per schedule.
  • 3% fees on Credit/Debit card charges.
  • Cheque accepted only 4 days prior to given payment deadline.
  • All payments to be made in Favour of M/S Star Vacations PVT Ltd.

General Conditions for Tailormade Tours:

  • Offer is as per current availability & subject to confirmation after booking.
  • High Season surcharges are applicable during exhibitions/trade fairs/festivals and Christmas and New Year period.
  • The prevailing Rate of Exchange of the day of payment will be applicable.
    Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability.
  • All arrangements made by us are in the capacity of a ground handling agent only.
  • We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.
  • Surcharges may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel
    The above rates are valid for Indian nationals only
  • Actual Cost of Cancellation for reconfirmation of service as per booking deadline given in booking confirmation.
  • Final payment 1 Week prior to departure.
  • 3% fees on Credit/Debit card charges.
  • Cheque accepted only 4 days prior to given payment deadline.
  • All payments to be made in Favour of M/S Star Vacations PVT Ltd.

Domestic Booking:

  • We need 1 ID Proof to Book Your Package, No Requirement of Passport & Visa.
  • Passport & Pan Card Copy (For International Booking)
  • We need passport with minimum validity of 6 Months from date of Departure from your final destination.
  • 2 Empty Pages in passport for Visa.
  • Passport shouldn’t be damaged/Tampered.
  • Copy Of Pan Card Required as Per RBI Guideline for Foreign Remittances.

Visa (For International Booking):

  • The VISA procedure and documentation vary for each country and is based on Consulate requirements. Star vacation Visa Executive shall share the list of documents required for your VISA upon booking of Tour. The Guest has to submit Visa Documents as per list on the date given by Visa Executive. After the scrutiny of documents, the Visa application process is initiated. At each step of the VISA process, Star Vacation will communicate with the guest through What’s App & email.
  • We have to follow the guideline of embassy for required documents
  • Visa Processing Time is as per embassy Guideline.
  • We are not authority to issue the Visa, so we guide our passenger according to our experience in past visa application cases.

Flights:

  • Minimum Connecting time between two flights from Same airport 1 Hour 10 Minute, if traveling with Kids or elderly people Minimum connecting Time 2 hours.
  • Domestic Flight Check in 90 Minutes before flight.
  • International Flight Check in 3 Hours Before Flight.
  • Non-Refundable tickets mean, no refund in case of cancellation.
  • We have to follow Cancellation & Date Change penalty of Airline once ticket is issued.
  • No Show charges applicable if passenger misses his flight.
  • No Refund on Partially used Tickets.
  • Free of Cost Online check-in can be done 24 Hours before flight & as per available seats. If you are very particular about your seat preference get it done in advance with Nominal charges.

Hotel:

  • Confirmation of Hotels and other services is subject to availability.
  • Non Refundable Hotels means no refund after confirmation.
  • International hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1100hrs.
    Early check in and late check-out subject to availability.
  • Hotels might ask for a refundable Security Deposit at the time of check-in, which is payable in Cash or by Credit Card.
    The value and currency of the deposit might vary as per the hotel policy.
  • Please note in Europe & Japan room sizes in historical centres are small, Kindly let us know if you have any specific requirement in terms of Room sizes or Higher category rooms.
  • Unless stated all rooms are Standard in our Package.

Tours & Transfers:

  • Kindly Stick to time given on Tour & Transfer Voucher.
  • Kindly note that the drivers are not guides.
  • Kindly report 15 Minutes before your tour at designated meeting point.
  • No Refund for vouchers once issued.

Cruise:

  • Cruise Boarding Starts 3 Hours Before disembarkation.
  • Follow the Visa regulation before booking cruise.
  • No refund of Unutilized services.

Cancellation Policy:

  • INR 4000 + Actual cancellations charges on all international packages
  • INR 2000+ Actual cancellation charges on all Domestic packages
  • INR 250 + Actual Cancellation Charges on all Domestic Tickets
  • INR 1000+ Actual Cancellation charges on all International Tickets.

Thus we have developed below Privacy policy to familiarize you with our practices. Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person Non-personal information data is not person specific and hence can never uniquely identify and used to contact a single person.

Collection of personal information

You may be asked for personal information anytime you are in contact with Star Vacations directly or indirectly through a third party.

The only way we will get any kind of personal information is if you choose to give it to us in the following circumstance:

  • When you make a reservation or purchase from our website or through our customer service team – by email, letter, fax, on the phone or in the physical store.
  • When you register with us, subscribe to our newsletter, enter competitions, send us queries or register for promotions.
