Upon arrival at Paro International Airport complete your immigration formalities. Escorted transfer by a modern coach will take you to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, we start with a day sightseeing tour of Thimphu, including the following places of interest:

Breakfast at the hotel then check out from the hotel and and proceed for Punakha. En-route, halt at Dochu La – A mountain pass leading further into the Punakha Valley. It offers a stunning 360 degree panoramic view of Eastern Himalayan mountain ranges. The view is especially scenic on clear, winter days with snow-capped mountains forming a majestic backdrop to the tranquillity of the 108 chortens gracing the mountain pass. Enjoy lunch at newly open restaurant Druk Wangyel Café (at own cost). Before check-in at hotel visit the following places:

Breakfast at hotel restaurant. After breakfast check-out from hotel and transfer to Paro. The Paro valley extends from the confluence of the Paro Chhu and the Wang Chhu rivers at Chuzom upto Mt. Jomolhari at the Tibetan border to the North. This picturesque region is one of the widest valleys in the kingdom and is covered in fertile rice fields and has a beautiful, crystalline river meandering down the valley. After checking into your hotel, you would proceed for a sightseeing tour of Paro which would include the following places:
Dinner at hotel restaurant. Overnight stay in Punakha hotel.
After breakfast proceed for day excursion tour of Taktsang Monastery – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour will be optional since it requires 2-3 hours trekking to reach the Monastery. Ponies are available for hiring (additional cost).
We are also visiting local farm house where will experience stone bath, Archery & local lunch. Dinner at hotel restaurant. Overnight stay in Punakha hotel.
After breakfast check-out and proceed to Paro International airport for your flight to Delhi.
