DAY 1

KANDY | WELCOME TO SRI LANKA ! DRIVE TO KANDY ,ENROUTE PINAWALE ELEPHANT ORPHANGAE

Ayu-bo-wan! Welcome to Sri Lanka .On arrival at Colombo international airport meet your local guide and depart overland to Kandy, on the way to Kandy stop at Pinwale elephant orphanage .On arrival at Kandy Check in your hotel . Rest of the day free at leisure.

DAY 2

KANDY | SACRED TEMPLE & MAGNIFICENT FLORA

After Breakfast , visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic ,according to tradition a sacred tooth of Lord Buddha is kept enshrined. As you explore, see how its two-story inner shrine is fronted by two large elephant tusks.

Next visit Peradeniya’s Royal Botanical Gardens, where 300 varieties of orchids are cultivated. Founded in 1824, it contains some of the most valuable collections of plants and trees in the world. Later in the morning, explore Kandy city with a drive around Kandy Lake. Visit the bazaar, gem museum and lapidary.

In the early evening, enjoy a performance of the famous Kandyan Dancers and Drummers, with a fire-walking finale.

DAY 3

NUWARA ELIYA | SCENIC HIGHLANDS BY ROAD/RAIL

After breakfast, transfer to Nuwara Eliyaby car or you can choose to board a train bound to NonuOya and your luggage will be transferred by car . Sit back and take in the scenic highlands of Sri Lanka as lush tea estates, mist-covered mountains and cascading waterfalls pass by. After a packed lunch on board, disembark and transfer to your hotel.

DAY 4

NUWARA ELIYA | EXPLORE TEA COUNTRY

After breakfast, take in a special hotel tea service featuring handpicked Ceylon tea leaves. Enjoy the remainder of the day exploring Nuwara Eliya. You can choose to do activities as per your choice.

DAY 5

YALA NATIONAL PARK | INTO THE WILD

This morning, transfer to Yala National park with short stop at Ravanafall- one of the most magnificent falls in Sri Lanka , also take refreshment stop in Ellarecommended place in Ella Town is Café Chill &later stop at Nine arch bridge for pictures. Post Ella to your boutique accommodations just outside of Yala National Park..

Yala National Park is a vast ecosystem of dry woodlands and open grasslands that stretch on for miles, the park is home to a stunning array of wildlife, including abundant herds of Asiatic elephants. After check-in, gather for an evening safari through the park with an expert naturalist, keeping your eyes peeled for the endangered Sri Lankan leopard. After your safari, return to your boutique accommodations to freshen up for the evening.

DAY 6

AHANGAMA | THRILLING GAME DRIVE

Get a jump on the wildlife with an early morning safari through Yala National Park. Your guide leads the way as you track leopards, elephants, wild buffalo, musk deer, mongooses, pangolins, sloth bears, black bears, macaques, jackals and 215 species of birds. Post safari transfer to beach resort in Ahangama. After Check in Day free at Leisure to relax and enjoy the amenities of the resort.

DAY 7

AHANGAMA | HISTORIC FORT

Breakfast and day at leisure , evening travel to the ancient trading post of Galle, where you enjoy evening tea meet your guide and set out on an evening walking tour of the UNESCO World Heritage City of Galle, visiting its Dutch fortress. Later free time to hop cafes ,boutiques & art galleries.

Dinner & overnight in Ahangama

DAY 8

COLOMBO | EXPLORING ON FOOT

After Breakfast , Return to Colombo today. In the afternoon, embark on a historic walking tour with a Colombo native. Experience Pettah Bazaar, and visit the Old Dutch Museum, former home to Count August Carl Van Ranzow.

DAY 9

COLOMBO | SHOPPING & DEPARTURE

After Breakfast , few hours to shop before your transfer to airport. Ayu-Bo-wan ! fly back home with happy memories.
